Hi! I’m a 25-year-old food-lover who’s finally done with the cycle of “summer body panic” every single year. If you’ve ever tried to crash diet your way to a six-pack three months before June—trust me, you’re not alone. I’ve been there. Too many times.
After years of falling into that pattern, I finally asked myself:
“What if I didn’t need to give up the food I actually enjoy?”
Spoiler: I didn’t.

I started High Protein Eats because I was sick of boring “clean” meals and wanted to eat real food—burgers, wraps, pancakes, even nuggets—but made with smarter ingredients.
Instead of cutting everything out, I started copying my favorite comfort meals using leaner proteins, lower-calorie swaps, simple macros, and ingredients you can actually find in a regular store—and most importantly, keeping them high in protein and under 600–700 calories so I can eat three or four times a day and not just once or twice.
